RETAINER SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
Retention is one of the most important parts of your smile journey. Retainers are a lifetime commitment. At the end of treatment, you will receive a set of retainers included in your comprehensive fee. With proper care and attention, they should last a few years - maybe even longer!
However, we understand life happens. If your retainer is lost or damaged, contact the office immediately to order a replacement or repair in a timely matter to minimize tooth movement. Your new smile is an investment, we’re here to help protect it with this program.
Our retainer subscription program offers 10 years of unlimited clear retainers. During this time, you may order as many retainers as you need at a discounted price of $39.00 plus tax per arch. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $800 plus tax, which can be paid in full or split into flexible monthly payments.

**This retainer subscription is NON-REFUNDABLE. Retainer subscriptions do not cover any treatment required to correct teeth movement that may have occurred due to lack of compliance with retainer wear or not contacting the office in a timely matter. Additional treatment will be subjected to fees determined at the time of service. Insurance is not applicable to the subscription. Payment plans may be available. Late fees may be applied to past due accounts with payment plans. Scans not done at Holliday Orthodontics are NOT included in the subscription and subject to out-of-pocket fees.
